I am also going to say Lymphocystis, based on appearance and taking into account fish was treated for two weeks at therapeutic copper levels. Lymphocystis is a viral infection, so not much you can really do about it. I would monitor and feed. I am curious if antivirals have been used to treat fish before.

Do you have any updated pics?

If the same spots are present in the exact same location for 3-7 days its likely not ich.
