Yep, Cyph. decadia. I'd say the colors haven't fully developed. The "red" looks more like the typical brown of unpigmented tissue. Based on the hints of color, I would guess you'll have a very nice purple pink decadia. I have one similar right now. As with other cyphs, more moderate light will really bring out the colors.

actually those are the true colors, well close enough. it's actually an LPS. For a dark brown/reddish /w bright red tips keep it under high lighting. low lighting will give more of a reddish/orange base

IMO, looks better under low lighting
