Day night cycle times

What is an adequate amount of sun up time? Right now I have my lights set to come on at 8am. They gradually get brighter and they stay on until 6pm where they gradually fade to moonlight. I have moonlight on 5 hours. Then 11pm to 8am is lights out. Should i tweet this at all or leave it as is?

What do your corals say? If they look good then you should be good. I dont know how bright, depth, coral types ect... It sounds ok to me
