I got some reef saver rock from BRS. I bleached the rock when I got it. I know it will leach
Phosphate from what I have read. From searching on R2R about GFO I also read it works
better in freshwater. Will it have a better effect to add GFO now while my rock is freshwater
before removing and starting the Nitrogen cycle in my tank?

GFO works best in acid water (pH around 6.5) - but why take away all bounded PO4 - it will give you a stability in the start phase. When you have a stable tank - 1 - 3 months away you can start to manupulate the PO4
