Every year with this AC unit. It stopped working today. Yeah equipment cabinet is a mess, I prefer it that way. I don’t need or want it “tidy”... keeping an eye on the tank temp, I refuse to call after hours support on the AC. Luckily the temp here is mild, in the upper 60’s. For those that keep your wires tucked more power to you!

Haven’t had good luck with pressure gauges on my RODI unit. I only run it a few times a year. While trouble shooting it with @SpectraPureInc ( Daniel ) I cracked my membrane housing ! Order a new housing and Daniel threw in a new pressure gauge. I rely on it because I use a booster pump.

Some corals not looking so great so I need to make some water to do a big water change.

Exactly which sump brand and model do you have? Did you buy the hose kit separate?

Crystal Reef Aquatics - Unfortunately they are no longer in business.

Why is the Flame Hawk a problem? I had one a long time ago and he was my favorite, I do not remember them ever being an issue.

Mine is a jerk, he picks on fish. Specifically any new fish added to the tank he goes after.

I feel the struggles. I always have one or two problem fish.

They've been fine for 6 months or so. Something happened I guess I will never know!

Mine will be good for awhile then it starts. Sometimes the fish taking the beating will turn to the bully.
Have a Borbonius I’m trying to remove now. Wanted to put it in a 20 gallon for awhile but at this point I need to find it a home

Started a 20ish gallon water change. Decided to cut up the large green slimmer, then took all but one rock out to catch the flame hawk. This is a look at the tank 50% empty, or 50% full. Scape doesn’t look like this anymore.

I just did a 20ish gallon water change, decided to drag the big green slimmer since it’s showing stress signs. Ended up pulling all but one rock out to get the flame hawk out. But I got him!

Oh no that is sad! I was actually looking at their website. So I guess if I get one it would have to be pretty quick!

I think they are already shut down, but not 100% sure.

They never answered my emails,so I just ordered the stock sump kit.
