There's nothing in your post?

Need more info please. But lets talk this through anyway ....Im on lunch break and I am bored......

First thing I would check to see if the bulbs are on the same ballast . Having this fixture in the past I know that the two bulbs in from the outer ends are on their own ballast.
If the two inner bulbs are the ones not working I would simply replace those with known bulbs that work ( taken from the other channel that is working) to see if its a bulb issue . I have had a bulb go out or one was loose and both bulbs didn't light up .
After checking all that good stuff out I would make sure my timer was right . Silly me also forgot that military time thing and couldn't for the life of me figure out why at 9 pm my lights weren't on .....(21:00) LOL ! (May be do this step first !)

Sorry it thought I fixed it so I deleted everything. I'm just a little irritated. I just recieved the fixture last night and after 10 min not even bulb 4 and 5 were out. If I play with them they flicker on and turn right off. Sounds like a ballast. Very annoying since its brand new

You are using real t5 bulbs and not led t5 tubes?? Led tubes are hit and miss on that fixture.

All bulbs are ati bulbs

Switch a couple bulbs around to confirm it's not a bad bulb. Double check they are seated properly as well.

I've done both of those things. It's not the bulbs. I sent an email yesterday to ati and left a message today and so far no answer
