dino in sump

so i think i have dinos in my sump or something like that i’ll post a few pictures and i know they aren’t the best pictures but they where the best i could get
and i’ll also try to describe it it’s like a weird matt with bubbles in it or could this be something else

Doesn't look like any dinos I'm familiar with; more like a type of GHA. If you siphon some out will it rapidly reconstitute into strings - a simple test to start identification process?

when i first syphoned some out it was like snotty and it kinda looked weird to me it looked like a weird clear version of gha

water parameters okay as in do you have detectable nitrate/phosphate? I would think you do to grow this "stuff" in sump.
