I have not recently and I would be very reluctant to attempt any order that contained expensive or higher end live stock.
Hopefully other with recent experience will chime in.
What specifically were you thinking of?

Not lately but the website looks redone and nicer, so I'd give it a try

After seeing them filing for bankruptcy protection and now they have an updated website it seems they are trying to make a comeback. I would not buy the LiveAquaria fish but they have had some nice fish on the Divers Den section. I see everything ships from LA so I assume they closed the Wisconsin facility. Also I’m not sure about their QT protocol.

The last fish I got from LA didn't make it 24 hours. It arrived with minimal water in a poorly packed box, its bag had fallen over and the fish was very obviously distressed from sitting in water barely deep enough to cover it for hours.

Granted that was LA and not Diver's Den specifically, but I personally wouldn't trust them with anything expensive or fragile, even from Diver's Den.

My husband put in an order last Tuesday evening. Divers Den. Pyramid Butterfly. Also some crabs. They didn't take our money at first. No word. Used to be Divers Den shipped quickly. So I thought at least we didn't lose our money

Weekend came and went. Nothing. So picked up a few fish at Petco. Why not. QT set up and empty. Just as I finished adding chloroquine phosphate we got an email. Yep fish came this morning. Looked good. Received a credit for crabs none shipped.

Water could have been a little fuller. But still okay. One cooling pack wrapped in paper. Fish tripled bags. Then placed in one larger bag.

And I did call them and left a message asking about the fish late Sunday. Maybe someone looked into it. And that's why I received the fish. Also eating right away. Lights turned out. Salinity and temperature matched. Carefully lifted out of bag in clear container with small holes to remove water. These fish should not be netted as their fins get damaged in nets.

wow! thats great! i wonder if something changed. ive suddenly been getting emails from them again
They may be trying to make a comeback. I hope so. One thing I forgot to mention. I had a credit. Forgot about it actually. It showed up and I used it. No hunting for them anymore

How is the Pyramid Butterfly doing?

How much do you dose per gallon? Have you lost fish using it? Thanks!
I usually dose 40 mg per gallon of tank water. There is lots of good information on dosing from Humblefish. And some fish such as some tangs and wrasses don't do well with it. Please research well. I have not loss any fish using it. I do the two week method and then move to observation tank for an additional 2 weeks.

Really seems like Pyramids are some of the best eaters and most omnivorous among Butterflies.

What do you have with him / her in your 120 (is that what you have now)?
I had a zoster once for almost 8 years. Lost during a move. Miss that fish a lot.

This yellow one is in a 20 gallon for now. Only 3 inches. With a royal gramma and 2 bangaii cardinals. All of them will be moved into an observation tank Thursday or Friday. Then if they still look good in a couple weeks will be moved to their forever home.

I clean and do maintenance on a 260 or there abouts square tank at a vets clinic. He will be their new star. The current fish in their tank are a 6 line wrasse, watchman goby, file fish, juvenile flame angel, molly, and pair of clowns. Still looking to add a few more after my qt tanks are free. I am also quarantining cuc crew in another tank.
