Divers Den

I have not recently and I would be very reluctant to attempt any order that contained expensive or higher end live stock.
Hopefully other with recent experience will chime in.
What specifically were you thinking of?

After seeing them filing for bankruptcy protection and now they have an updated website it seems they are trying to make a comeback. I would not buy the LiveAquaria fish but they have had some nice fish on the Divers Den section. I see everything ships from LA so I assume they closed the Wisconsin facility. Also I’m not sure about their QT protocol.

The last fish I got from LA didn't make it 24 hours. It arrived with minimal water in a poorly packed box, its bag had fallen over and the fish was very obviously distressed from sitting in water barely deep enough to cover it for hours.

Granted that was LA and not Diver's Den specifically, but I personally wouldn't trust them with anything expensive or fragile, even from Diver's Den.

My husband put in an order last Tuesday evening. Divers Den. Pyramid Butterfly. Also some crabs. They didn't take our money at first. No word. Used to be Divers Den shipped quickly. So I thought at least we didn't lose our money

Weekend came and went. Nothing. So picked up a few fish at Petco. Why not. QT set up and empty. Just as I finished adding chloroquine phosphate we got an email. Yep fish came this morning. Looked good. Received a credit for crabs none shipped.

Water could have been a little fuller. But still okay. One cooling pack wrapped in paper. Fish tripled bags. Then placed in one larger bag.

And I did call them and left a message asking about the fish late Sunday. Maybe someone looked into it. And that's why I received the fish. Also eating right away. Lights turned out. Salinity and temperature matched. Carefully lifted out of bag in clear container with small holes to remove water. These fish should not be netted as their fins get damaged in nets.
