DIY Iron Recipe

Hi team, I know this could be an old threatbut i have not found Fergon tablets to make Randy's recipe for Iron dosing. What i have found in my city is Hemobion. But wondering if someone of you know the right amount of RODI for each tablet of Hemobion.

Hemobion label shows: Formula - each tablet contains dried ferrous sulfate approx 200 mg equivalent to 60.27 mg of elemental iron

I really appreciate your help on this.

Mind sharing the link for Randy's iron recipe/what you're trying to achieve? What's the formula for Fergon?

Yo can find it with: "diy iron recipe for a reef " . I found it into reef2reef but it is an old post , thats the reason I tried to create a new one.

Fergon is 27 gr of iron for each tablet and hemobion 60.7 gr so what I did was to use 200 ml of RODI instead 100ml that Randy says. I will start to dose it in few days
