I had the woodwork done , but built the aquarium myself . The front part is 136"x48" and 34" tall . The middle 5 feet goes back another 4 feet so its 8' from the glass to the back wall .
Its a welded steel frame with phenolic lined plywood inside of the steel . Then I lined that with 45mil pond liner .
Heres a pic of it during construction before I put the glass in.

Oh I didn't know you posted that !

I never saw a pic when it was unfilled. Looks like you don't have enough lighting in that pic haha

Stunning! I love the idea of the 5' offset in the middle. I can't imagine how it looks in person, with 8 ft of depth in the middle. Aquascaping posibilites must be endless....lol.

What in the world do you use for water movement. Can we get pictures of the fish room completed please?

I will try to take some new pictures tonight and get some posted . All water movement is via 3 hammerhead pumps , 2 on closed loops and 1 on the return . I used 4 spa jets for each pump with 4 on the left wall , 4 on the right wall and 4 way back on the back wall .

Nope, no fancy stuff , just the spa jets so I could aim them where I wanted .
