No It was meant for Jamie 814. I had started a thread about these types of issues He was criticizing me as he did to you Yesterday . Then I stumbled on your post . It ended up Daniele shut my thread down . So then he decided to make you his next victim .
In my opinion, this is just pathological optimism. If the company was not charging money for what you are buying, then they can take their sweet time. If they expect full payment, on-time, up front, then do a better job. These are excuses, not explanations.I just posted this in a different thread, but I feel this is appropriate here as well,
No vendor can satisfy 100% of their customers. Issues happen—an overlooked email, more orders than they can handle at a given time, incorrect or mislabeled/missing inventory, lost parcels—the list goes on. Most do the best they can with the staff and resources available. Balancing overhead, expenses and customer service is a delicate act that can make or break a company. This hobby is expensive and trying to run a business in this industry is even more expensive.
Those are real world issues that every business of any size deals with. Try to run a business with thousands of products in inventory, drop ship items, multiple vendors and employees; there will be hiccups along the way. Now they may also use these as excuses when an issue with order fulfillment arises, only the employees on the other side know for sure. These are excuses, not explanations.
This a pretty disrespectful post to be honest.
You must have not read the entire post.People are so impatient these days. I get it, if you pay extra for second day air its reasonable to expect your package be shipped quickly but blasting companies on social media over 4 days delayed shipping is wild.
I actually had bad experiences from premium aquatics.I only order from saltwateraquarium when I can't get the item anywhere else in a timely fashion. Stick with Premium Aquatics if you want excellent customer service.
I am an old retired business man/executive. I ran a business for over 40 years. I call BS on this. But I also often buy from SW and everyone has different experiences, from excellent to frustrating. Some people even think airlines travel is fun. Those are real world issues that every business of any size deals with. Better communication to the OP's issue from the vendor could have saved a lot of the OP's frustration with the transaction. This issue also fell over the weekend; a lot of business do not operate on weekend's either adding to the lack of communication.
No its about your fervent defense of vendors or people who want to beHuh? Please explain how I made @Randy Holmes-Farley (or you) a Victim here? Your last thread wanted R2R to provide legal and financial advice to its members and was shut down with the final post informing you basically the same thing I said earlier in that thread.....
I have had issues with products sold by them and exceptional service in resolving those issues. I had *Two* DOA Reefbot lab units shipped to me, one as the replacement for the first. No questions asked on taking them back and refunding me.I actually had bad experiences from premium aquatics.

He was told it was shipped.... he's not saying it was delayed. The item wasn't shipped when he was told it was. See how that is different??
