if so, what kind of positives have you seen? as for me, i dont feed or dose anything special as far as food goes, my colors have been decent.

well i dont do much special. probably twice a week, i turn off the powerheads, and i squirt a small amount of food mixture in and around my sps. i dont know if it does any good, but i do think they can use food source so i figure it cant hurt any.

food mix (small amt rods, frozen rotis, oyster feast, dried cyclopeze)

i feed a lot -probably more than i should

2-4 times a week a mix of rod's, rotifers, cyclops, PE mysis, h2ocean mysis. each time it's probably the equivalent of 2 cubes (except 1/2 that for rod's).

oh, and i feed spectrum pellets pretty much everyday.

i have lots of sps and lps, some dendros, and like 8 fish

Just alot of fish poop. LOL

My boyfriend feeds MarineSnow and Selcon at night sometimes. I'll feed cyclopseeze every now and then, but that's mainly geared toward my anthias.
