I read this, but the more I keep reading the more contradicting everything feels. I read someone say you can still get Aiptasia and other pest with 16 days. Two weeks for nems for free swimmers (of fish disease) to die off. I don’t believe anything can attach to them to need a long fallow.
Mainly because we’re quarantining everything else (and questioning my commitment long term). I did read they don’t hold the fish illnesses but I’m reading mixed info on pest and other issues. So who knowsWhat are we quarantining the anemone for?
Oh, so you’re QTing for fish parasites. Tamberav’s advice is spot on.Mainly because we’re quarantining everything else (and questioning my commitment long term). I did read they don’t hold the fish illnesses but I’m reading mixed info on pest and other issues. So who knows
You don’t think they’re likely to bring anything else in after that time? I read some say they can still bring bacteria, worms or aiptasia in on their foot that goes unnoticed. But then other claim against that.Oh, so you’re QTing for fish parasites. Tamberav’s advice is spot on.
