Does adding the individual PAR numbers= total?

Maybe a stupid question but wondering if,
for instance, you have 2 different LED channels on a fixture that each put off say 100 PAR, would running them together = 200 or is it more complicated than that?

It is a little more complicated then that. adding a bunch of 1W leds that equal 400 in par at surface is not going to equal that 20" deep. But yes adding more lights increases par. Dont get hooked on par games, most leds despite what poor par meters show, will grow anything you want.
