I was wondering if anyone knows what these are and how to fix, my phosphates are 0 and my nitrates are low around 2-5

Do you have a microscope? That would narrow things down considerably.

Yep. A thin layer in a drop of water and take a look at the cellular structure. Dinos, diatoms, algae.....They look different at this level of magnification.

Do you think these are dinos or diatoms?

Yes I do. It'll come in handy. It's a great diagnostic tool. And you don't need to spend a fortune on one. I've heard of people using a $40 kid's microscope. For me, however, I'm going to spend quite a bit more. I'll end up dripping a two or three hundred. Now, if I get into watchmaking, I'll need to spend about $1800. But hey! It'll work for both!

To start with this query (sorry, I read right over it) does the problem seem to go away in the daytime and disappear when it's lights out? That's an easy Dino species to worry about.

Ok I will
Raise your phosphate and nitrate because low nutrients can fuel Dino’s.

Yes I believe so. It was weird since it seemed like just yesterday or the day before there was nothing and today It seemed like a bunch of them appeared

Also, How would you suggest to get rid of them? My tank Was setup at the beginning of March so I heard it lacks biodiversity so I added phytoplankton

I also reduced my light hours and intensity and will begin to feed more and planning to add pods

Yes, it is a great thing to have. Takes reefing to a whole new level. I bought mine from Ebay from a clearance house. It was a nice Nikon from a college for maybe $100. Probably a couple thousand when new.

Dosing phosphate is more controlled than feeding more. I would definitely get phosphate up.

Well, if it's going away and then coming back, then you've probably got Ostreoposis (Dinos). How to get rid of? You've got a couple of options. One is to remove manually and let it run its course. I'm not sure how old your tank is, but this can be chalked up to a phase. You could just let your biome reestablish. Secondly, Ostreopsis is sensitive to UV. And that's a good thing!

Can we see a full tank pic? Do you have powerheads in the tank? A one month old tank is going to start seeing biofilm and micro algae grow right about now. To me its too early to reduce the light and start feeding more, IMO feeding more will turn into algae
