my Personifier Angelfish eyes has a cloud film, started on one and spread to the other one now. I know your going say fluke but none of the other fish are experiencing this! and there are no signs of fluke in the tank.

Could be flukes, could also be bacterial. What's your water quality like? Poor water conditions can lead to bacterial infections.

And I'm just curious, what substrate is that in this tank?

Fish only crush coral for bed everybody else in tank is great, when I got him about month in a half ago one eye seemed to be little cloudy thought maybe he scraped it on a rock

bEING BOTH EYES, APPEARS TO BE BACTERIAL ISSUE and best to treat in a separate tank using Maracyn as pictured below for at least 7 days and assure ammonia levels are kept low

You're correct - double cloudy eyes are often a sign of Neobendenia flukes, sometimes with an associated bacterial infection. If you've 100% ruled out flukes, then this could be a primary bacterial infection (of unknown cause). When just one eye is involved, it is universally an injury with subsequent bacterial infection. When both eyes are involved, it *could* be that, where the fish had one eye issue, and then, because it couldn't see well, it injured the other eye. If both eyes were involved at the same time - the diagnosis is less clear.

I presume that this fish can't feed in its condition. That makes treatment VERY difficult because antibiotics can take 5 to 7 days to really begin working, and then, the fish won't likely resume feeding until the eyes have healed, and that can take weeks.

Treatment typically is erythromycin in a hospital tank. Given the severity of the infection though, I'd augment that with a second antibiotic such as kanamycin.

I started maracyn 2 treatment in separate tank should I change medication

Maracyn 2 is Minocycline. Despite what the label says, it is NOT effective in marine aquariums, the calcium in seawater causes it to not work well, if at all. It does work well in FW. You need Maracyn 1, or some other source of Erythromycin.
