Dogface puffer question

Not sure if this is something I should be worried about or not, but his stomach seems a bit bloated. Couldn't find anything this pronounced in a search.

Any advice would be appreciated.

How long have you had him, did he eat a really huge meal or a tank mate. If not a huge meal then yeah it would be something to be concerned with. Healthy fat puffers tend to be just round rolly pollies not bulging stomachs. Like Sierra said puffers can come in with internal parasites. If you figure it is could be internal parasite. You can soak bits of food in a few drops of prazi pro and target feed him the bits.

Thanks everyone. I've only had him for a few months. No really huge meals or missing tank mates.

I'll keep an eye on it for a few more days and then see about giving some medicated foods.
