dont pay for BRS 2nd day air

Hey everyone i got some questions

first thing first lets agree on a math problem
2 DAYS = 2 DAYS
2 days MAY = 3 days depending on what time you place an order
right?

IF you pay for 2 day air like i did. (look at the tracking image below) on the 5th when would you exspect your package?

who would you blame?
1. The merchant for using ups.
2. The merchant for continuing to use ups.
3. The merchant for offering two day air.
4. Me for not knowing 2 day = 5 day maybe 6 days.?

Im still waiting on a response from an email i sent to you on the 8th.

YOUR contiued business prcatice to offer 2 day is a real disappoint. maybe you will send me a sticker. lol, cause im pretty sure you wont offer a shipping refund. but we shall see. this has not been my first run in with you over two day air but it will be my last.

i drank the kool aid the last few times people told me to "it happens" " givem another shot" "its ups not brs". so i did.

and here we are AGAIN.. same bat time same bat channel. im done with you it would take a hell of an offer to keep my business and im not really sure i would take.
