Have had this double saddle butterfly in QT for 10 days, started noticing these white marks on his fins but they look too big to be ich or velvet. There’s also these kind of white growths on his dorsal and anal fin.

Could this be Lympho?

He is eating well and is acting 100% healthy.

It looks like the start of Lymphocystis. Not treatable, and may get worse, but will heal on its own in 4 to 6 weeks.

However, other issues could be lurking, you should run a proactive quarantine:

Positive update. The spots grew really large, all over the dorsal, anal and pectoral fins. Even a growth on his nose.

Ran him through Prazi treatment for 10 days. Then switched on the UV to ensure the bacteria in water was being sterilized and started feeding food soaked with Kanamycin just in case.

It’s been a month but slowly all the white growths fell off or disappeared and he looks 100%.

Good - that’s how Lymphocytis progresses and then fades away.
