Dsnakes, Your build is off the hook and your have great foresight.
Thanks for letting us tag along.
Thanks! I am in your same situation in regards to power outlets with this thing. I honestly haven’t even looked at the breakers ;NailbitingWoW ! ;Jawdrop nice build.
I'm now thinking hood, hood, hood for mine when /if that day every comes... I dunno I got such a weird space. sigh
40lbs of caribsea liferock arrived today. I was very thankful to have almost no breakage in shipping. It looks great. I added a 72” current USA led that came with the tank just to get an idea from the couch. I think I like how it turned out
That’s all of it. Not near as much as I thought 40lbs would be. I think it will be ok though. Here’s before and after the rock add. You can see the new darker purple additions.Nice! Did you have any left over or is that the lot?
Thank goodness for a miter box. First shelf has trim. It hides my ugly cuts well! One more to go.
I feel so close!! Doors on, sand in. Need some saltwater. I will add 20lbs of live sand after I get it filled. Then some Tim’s one and only to get the party started.
It’s been a long wait, but this will have water on Saturday. I’ve ordered another 40lbs of caribsea life rock - 20lbs shapes and 20lbs of regular. I probably won’t use all 40lbs, but I feel like I want to see what pieces I get and if I can improve the scape.
I also need to find more time for R2R ;Sorry between work, kids on summer break, and keeping the house in order... I have been missing this place. I’m hoping filling this tank up will get me back in gear!
Depends where you’re at! This was supposed to take me a weekend... I think it’s been a few months nowUm, can I borrow you for a weekend? My 125 gallon has been sitting outside for a few months now because I can’t get my husband in gear to build/lift things for me. Lol
