What’s going on with my Duncan? Had a white circle on here? This is new.

Hard to tell with out a clear picture. Most likely is a new duncan head.

From what I can tell from the picture (it's out of focus, sorry), it could be vermitid snail.

IME, new heads on a Duncan, will sprout up at the base of the head/polyp. Not saying they don’t sprout up anywhere else on the branch, they just never have on mine. A clearer picture will help immensely

Try using a flashlight to light up the stem of the coral for a proper ID

I hope that's a new stem, which would be awesome. It has never happened to mine. But if you worry it's something bad, you could do a bayer dip. Duncans are pretty good at handling bayer.

I wouldn't jump to dipping, it looks perfectly normal/harmless. Just keep an eye out and get a better pic if you can.

Looks like new heads. Does the flesh of the duncan go all the way down to the plug? If so, definitely new heads.
