Guidance
Do not attempt to move an anemone unless absolutely necessary (i.e it is dead and needs to be removed or it is in a dangerous location to itself) "if a nem isn't dead and it isn't moving, it's probably happy where it's at"
Newer tanks (12 months or less) generally have less success keeping nems alive and healthy due to lack of stability and mature biofilter
Do not try to feed your anemone while it is not looking healthy, it will likely only make it worse
Ensure your flow is sufficient that tentacles flow gently, but not so strong that it gets constantly pushed in one direction like a palm tree in a hurricane
Ensure your lighting is not too intense, but also that it is proper reef lighting, meaning PAR should generally be 250 or less, and the spectrum should not be visibly white. Generally, if your fixture is a $10 no-name brand that produced white light, it is not sufficient for anemone health
