Ive had this small colony of zoas sold to me without a name. there seem to be eagle eyes and some other brown/orange unnamed junk zoas. I never thought much of it of looked at them that closely but today i noticed a few polyps had a crazy colored center unlike their neighbors. Why are they different and can I frag them to get more?

If they are a morph they should grow out to be similar. Could just be new growth too. Although I have eagle eyes and haven’t noticed their new babies to look like that

I fragged the two polyps onto a separate plug. I will keep you posted when they open.
