"Easy" Things You Can't Keep Alive

What are supposedly "easy" care level fish and coral that you just can keep alive, no matter what you do? For me it's naso tangs and orange back wrasses.

I can't grow Blue Cloves to save my life. Other people have to use fluke tabs to get rid of 'em.

I also have a Devil's Hand Leather that stayed closed up & didn't grow for over 5 years. I tried different placement, different tanks, different lighting, etc. Then one day it opened and just took off! I've even fragged it a few times.
