Has anyone used these ebay light bars?
6 bars x36" - looking at doing 2x12k, 2@ 2:1 12k/453 nm blue, 2@453nm blue. total wattage for the 6 bars is 162w

I am looking at adding as supplemental lighting to my 7' 210G. Currently have 3 noopsyche k7 v2 pros @90W and 2 noopsyche k7 v3 @140w. Eventually I plan to replace all these with v3 pros @140W or possible replace the v2s with 3x 315w 10k halides and keep the 2x v3s but for now thinking adding these lights bars can ad some more pop and more overlap.

And they will still be relevant for whatever direction I go.

if you have can you post pictures?

Had a tank crash a couple months ago back. Pivoting to sps / LPs dominant more so then softie/lps / anemone like previously

I do wonder how much light they would actually provide. I haven't heard of anyone using these lights before

21ledusa has been around for awhile.

Sort of " standard reseller of Chinese light bars ".

Being constant voltage arrays any wattage numbers need to figure in resistor losses.
Not a major issue in general.

Does make them easy to automate.

The regular ReefBars are not very powerful. Their ReefBar Pros might be the better deal. You can get 216w using 2 bars for about the same price as 162w with 6 bars.

Reviews of his eBay transactions seems decent. I just can justify buying Orphek bars anytime soon.

Had thought about making my own again but at this cost it’s not worth my time

thank you Oreo linking their site.
For same price as the ebay ad they have a 8x36" where the ebay is 6x36".

From the seller for these bars. The listed 140 degree beam angle does mean you need to be very close to the surface in general.
Won't "punch" much for deep tanks.
Also lists about 9 watts /foot.
Below edited for space
The REAL Numbers:

4 bars: PAR 115 at 18 inches under water and maintains 100 down to 22 inches
For larger tanks 6-8 bars will fill the whole tank evenly and give PARs of over 100 at 24-30 inches deep.
