You can try to contact them. I have never done this, but most people who post tend to indicate that all that they will do is offer a discount on a new model, if anything.

Are replacement gen 1, 2 or 3 led clusters available? I was told that they are no longer made, supported nor sold. Has that changed?

It wouldn't surprise me if leds from 2 generations ago weren't available and I don't blame eco tech. The industry changes quickly and older tech is discontinued quickly by the manufacturer. This is common in the PV solar industry. Panels, inverters, etc are discontinuing, company goes out of business, etc so quickly.

There is no laws like in the us automotive industry that requires parts to be available for a certain period of time.

I had the same issue with a touchscreen for a samsung stove last year. Year old stove, no available touchscreen replacement. Like what the heck.

I know this is an old post but was anyone able to source the leds?
Not sure what version you have, but they sell a G5 to G6 upgrade. So if you are looking for replacements for either of these models, you can pick them up on BRS. Sell both Pro and Blue versions. And speaking from experience pretty painless to swap them out, and you could also replace Pro with Blue or Blue with Pro if you want. I took advantage of swapping out my Pro G5 with Blue G6 to get more par out of the lights seeing I wanted to run AB+, and on Pro, you are just wasting LEDs and limiting PAR the lights can put out if you run AB+ on the PRO model because of the makeup of LEDs.

I have a Gen 1 that I'm trying to fix. I just need the individual LED components. I read on another forum that they're 5w Cree XP-G2 leds and was able to find them online!
