Any news on the colour? ;)

I did inquire and was quoted an unbeatable price for an Indian (apparently his supplier doesn’t do Red Sea and “the ones from the Philippines are not colorful and die a lot more often”) but with a big caveat. That I have to pay upfront. He even offered full quarantine but still with that caveat.

So still have a lot of decisions to make.

Indian Ocean Regals are incredibly beautiful, I personally find them to be nicer than the Red Seas.
The Indonesian/Pacific Regals do tend to die quite a bit though which is a shame as they are also really nice in looks as they are different to what everyone else tends to have (The Red Sea’s Regal).

Lol @i cant think he told me he wasn’t planning on getting a Regal anymore. He told me he was getting a Blue Line :squinting-face-with-tongue:

Seriously though I thought you weren’t getting an Angel after all?
Im definitely getting an angel and probably a regal but I'm trying to be patient. Currently there isn't an option I love. With the regal's price plus how sensitive it is I want to be very confident.

Honestly the only sensitive issue with Regals IME is the feeding and usually that isn’t as big of an issue with Red Sea and Indian Ocean Regals.

Engineer goby and banded spam. They don't get many pictures so here's a lot. My camera is obviously not good at long things though.

Haha
They are alright I only have a couple actually good photos:

This one would be great if not for the fact the background is a tank absolutely covered in cyano.

I don’t understand why people think that pictures with the uglies in are bad… It’s just the natural phase of a tank, everyone has faced, will face or is facing the uglies.

Well I have faced, will face, and am facing with the uglies :downcast-face-with-sweat: lol. But like @i cant think said, just cuz the tank is a little “off”doesn’t mean good photo can‘t be taken. Not alway the BEST photo is taken, like mine lol, but hey it’s not a really bad photo

Got the pearlscale from Dr. Reef. Realize this may not be the best choice for a predator tank but it looks really healthy. Its far too big to be eaten but I guess it may be too shy? Anyway its beautiful and I'm excited.
