He moved around at first and now he's on his side again.. Sometimes back couple minutes left

Really sucks.. Not only $100 down the drain in less than a week.. But losing him is worse... Now for my remaining fish. They are in the qt tank.. Treating with lifeguard all in one marine remedy tabs.. No one else is really showing symptoms just don't want to chance it. He was with all of them for 4 days.. Any advice
