ESHOPPS Mariner 70 Build

By the way I tried Death Wish coffee for the first time last night. Got a package of K cups at CVS. Still alive obviously but it packs a wallop.

I've only had 1 Death Wish coffee. I should probably buy some more one of these days.

I followed the directions for strong cup. Supposedly that 10 oz cup had around 700 mg of caffeine. Crazy person that I am, I also downed a C4 energy drink can around 5:30 AM….

So I’m thinking of trying something a little different fo me with the rock-work. Use live base rock for the biologicals then some dry rock like Marco rock for creating structure and then top it off with some primo live rock for diversity and possible critters. Thoughts?

You just going to stack everything or glue it together? Live rock is never a bad idea.

Well my thought was 10-15 lbs base, just enough dry to make some arches and such and another 10-15 primo. I’d glue the dry int some shapes and then stack the rest. That way I could have premade architecture to work around

Sounds like a good plan. Make sure the top stuff sits good and level on the shapes you make for stability. I've had rocks fall in larger tanks when snails and hermits get ambitious.

Also, base rock on the glass, not on top of sand, right?

Finally! Shipping notification for the new printer. Delivery is scheduled for Thursday. I'm really looking forward to the AMS system on the P1S.

Yes first rocks then sand over them partly
