My Euphyllia are releasing slime after beeing fed red sea reef energy ab+. Is this normal or an indication that they don’t like it?

My frog and octo both slime up when I give them roids or spot feed aminos. I think they slime up to contain the prey then slowly suck it into their mouth. That’s why it’s always a good idea to keep the pumps and return off. They are slow eaters.
