I can tell you one thing. This hobby evolves so much. Both in in and out of the tank.
A little over a year ago I started a 32 Bio Cube. I took it over from someone that had an office tank and couldn't keep it up. (first two pics)
At the time I was already starting to build what I had in vision was going to be my "Dream" tank. I was building my desk stand around a 75g Marineland. I had this idea of a direct hard plumbed tank for auto water changes, and full automation. Budget constraint and ideas led to a different direction. I ended up getting an 80g Fiji Cube instead after my Biocube started to leak. This lead me to start piecing gear together, all be it good gear it wasn't how I wanted to tackle a "Dream" build.
Life happened unfortunately. Late last year I started the process of my divorce. Before I get any sorrys it was for the best. It has lead to me having more money to work with and more freedom.
This lead me to today. Last week I ordered a new XXL 625 for my new apartment. While this isn't my dream size it is close. The 60" allows me to continue to use all my current gear without the need of upgrading everything.
Pics to come on my install, and stocking as the tank matures.
