I spoke with Eric on Monday regarding an order I had placed over the weekend. It was great to speak to someone in person and ensure all conditions were ideal for shipping my order across the country. I ordered 2 female Randall Anthias, a purple firefish, a purple striped dotteyback, and a yellow watchman goby.
All fish arrived early AM Tuesday and look great! They are all happily hanging out in QT. All but the Anthias are eating well and with the Anthias it is just a matter of finding the right approach. None the less, all fish came in looking fed and happy.
Still amazed that I was able to get this level of quality and service from discussion to delivery in less than 20 hours.
