I purchased 2 high end sps frags. Ups shipment got delayed. It was a whole bunch of headache but first off, Adrian called the ups himself too to help me out and provide more advice from his own contacts which helped tremendously. At the end of the day I couldn't pick up my package until the following morning. The frags even though it was more than 12 hours after it was suppose to arrive came out with polyps extended and also well packaged with insulated bags and etc...pro shipper here lol.
