Expanding the reef

Hi all.. I would like some advice, I took down the 20 gallon setup and moved everything to a 40 gallon breeder tank.. for now I'm using a Aqueon 3 tube diode light setup... 2 blue and 1 white... I'm planning on getting better lighting... and I've been reading a ton about reef lighting.. and it's making my head swim..
My question is this.. what wattage and par would be good for a 40 gallon breeder tank ? At this point all I have is soft corals.. but would like to expand that.. I want a mix of sps and lps.. with a few fish and shrimp too...
So... what are your thoughts

My 40 breeder has 2 AI Primes over it, and I have a little bit of everything growing quite nicely.

Sounds great.. what wattage are they..

Well they are LEDs so at the high point of the photoperiod it runs about 32-33 watts.
