Expedited shipping

Would it be possible to add a setting which will always check an expedited shipping for me? I sometimes fly through my order and forget to check it and than I am wondering why it takes so long. :) Totally my fault, but this feature would be a nice convenience.

Hmmm...I'm not sure if our system has the ability to select a default shipping method for individual accounts. I really do like the idea though! I'll have to dig into this a bit more.
