I understand, i run a business with my husband, we met bc we go to the same martial arts school and we also live together. For me home work and leisure get very mixed together and i am also the #1 person in charge of everything safety in my company its rough right now, your not alone. The first thing i found especially with the lifestyle hubby and i started together is that being honest with each other is very important. Most of the time we are almost joined at the hip, partners in everything but sometimes we absolutely need to unwind and be alone this was kind of a hurdle for us but the whole honest thing really helps. Sometimes your partner can help by listening sometimes just being there and sometimes by leaving you alone, if you communicate what you feel you need maybe hubby can help you get less home stress. Theres times ive made requests like "im really got a lot on my mind i dont want to talk but can you sit right here next to me for a bit, a hug would be ok too". I also have many hobbies but sometimes you are just so drained that you dont feel like doing them either, ive been known to just pull out a beach towel and lay on the lawn stareing at the clouds or stars littlerally just doing nothing. Sometimes hubby gets invited to sit next to me provided he agrees not to talk and sometimes hes told that i just want to be alone. Sometimes we yell with each other, the neighbors probably think we're fighting but most of the time were basically taking turns cussing out the client that was a jerk that day together. We also have a dart board that is wonderful stress relief when someone is enough of a jerk to get their pic put on it ;)Im pretty sure I’m in a semi rut/depression at the moment. I’m the one responsible for safety at our facility so work (my usual escape from home) is hectic and extremely stressful. Granted I kept my job so at least I don’t have financial stress. Home, my usual escape from work, is rocky at best with my hubby. I’m really feeling down. Normally my tank, quilting, reading, gaming keep me happy but I can’t motivate myself to do any of it.

Anyone have tips/tricks for trying to de-stress?
Without going into too much detail-work and home life are super stressful and it’s really the first time I can’t find a way to deal with the stress. Usually I just dive back into hobbies or find some fun diy project but that’s not cutting it. I’ve been sleeping a lot and just binging on fb videos every night after work.
im sure people have some handy tips or tricks to help-so what do you guys do to reduce stress?
Flying ??? The one time i tried, I almost flew into a wall !!! . . . LOLI like VR. Slap them on and go places you never have been. It's wonderful flying over mountains and checking out other countries. I relax and everything goes away.

+1 to turning off social media. I can feel my BP rise when I get on there
