I received this coral a few weeks ago. What I purchased was Hypo Tango Favia. It didn't look like the picture when I got it. I figured it may have lost color during shipping. Since I got it the color has not changed and it has grown a little bit. Right not it has a moderate flow and peaks at about 110 par. Can anyone identify the name of this guy?

Yes, I believe you are correct. Dipsastraea is the correct name for a favia coral. I was looking more at the name given to this by sellers. I don't see anyone selling anything that looks like like this. I originally thought it just lost it's color and want to confirm if this was Hypo Tango Favia or if it was something else.

Looking at the photo you posted from the site, you're going to have to adjust your lighting AND after photo filters to get it to look like the site photo.

I just put Gerald in a frag rack so I can get a little better view. Next to it is a Grand Prismatic Favia, which in my opinion are the same corals just different names. At least they look the same. Here is a web photo of the GPF and Gerald. As you can see there is different in color.
