Favia problem

My favia Doesn't look good it's starting to separate from the rock and receding my parameters are good. I'm using red sea led 90 and its placement is on the bottom. Of a 100 gallon tank.

What are your parameters? Just saying they are good doesn't exactly help narrow things down.
