What types if any snails are you guys using and which ones are your favorites?
My all time favorite snail is definately florida cerith snails! They bury themselves and help keep the sand clean and at night they go crazy on the rocks and glass to keep them clean and they constantly lay eggs to help feed my corals! It's a win, win, win deal.
Just curious which ones you guys like, Chad.

Zebra turbos are AWESOME! I've had a lot of different kinds of snails, and these are the best workers by far. They are large, but have not displaced a single frag. They work at night, moving really quickly over rock and glass slurping up algae as they go. I've gotten them at LFS. I've not been very pleased with snails I've ordered online -- small size, high mortality, but maybe it was just bad luck.
FWIW,

+1, don't buy online. the ones they send you are the size of sunflower seeds, 1/2 of them end up dying or get eaten up by the larger predators.
