Hello,
I feed my Zoanthids Reef Roids, Coral Frenzy and Coral Cuisine( frozen food). Some of my larger polyps, will eat mysis, squid, brine etc.
i feed roughly 2-3 times a week so as not to degrade my water quality, plus a little goes a long way.

I used to do Reef Roids but it would nuke my params in my 15gal so I started using Red Sea AB+ to target feed by entire tank. They don't have like a super crazy feeding response but seem much more vibrant the next day after feeding them

how often do you feed your zoa corals?
Including what do you feed them?

My Zoas started out as a frag glued to a 1 inch tile.

Several years later, they've taken over the tank... and I've never fed them ANYTHING.

As I understand, they filter feed from the water.

Just maintain good water quality and decent lighting. Zoas don't need much more.

I’m crazy I over feed them where there soaked in reef roids. Twice a week. They seem to love it too

No feeding and they grow like weeds. All of them do. Rastas, Sunny D’S, BBEB, etc... That’s about all the Zoas I have. I wish I would have kept them on their own little island!!! They do get left overs from the fish food!!
My nems will keep them in check they get too big I’m sure they will get shut down

A few of my nems actually made their home right in the middle of a patch of zoas. Seems they’re perfectly happy together. Lol!!! Of course these are RFA. Haha.
