Good evening!

I have the clarisea SK3000 and have had no issues with the unit. All of a sudden today, the float switch was not engaged (in down position) but the wheel was just turning on its own anytime it was plugged in. I took the float switch apart to check for faulty wiring or salt creep and re assembled but to no avail.

Can anyone help with this? For the time being I am just having to leave it off. Thanks so much!

If the wheel is turning and there are no alarm indicators hinting at what the problem is, I'd say the controller is faulty and has failed in a state that keeps the motor powered. Definitely a reach out to customer service thing.
