Yoohooo! Cormac da worm is alive! Yuppie! It took him more than a week to show back again after being poisoned and losing the crown!

Guess who is starting to work on AIO panels and just got the parts!

I can highly recommend Simple Plastics in the UK. Very nice support, pricing half of what the competitors ask and no fuss on cutting it with your drawing! And you can arrange sending it outside the UK :)

Mike this is looking great for sure, pro

Now that this project is well underway to maturity, would you say that in hindsight reef water carries cycling bac

Some still do not believe it does, Dr Tim says it doesn't on a very high view popular youtube video. I have a few threads on the web where we cycled tanks using only water, so that conflict still exists. What's your tank on filter bacteria transmissibilty via water

If reef water doesn't carry cycling bacteria then people will buy much more cycling bottled bacteria not knowing there's an already free source. To me there are big market buyer habits impacted by truth in cycling.

I was under the impression at the start of your setup, the listed items was live water

I didn't see any bottle bac used in your original cycle, truly for weeks now I thought you did a no bottle bac live water only cycle and we'd discussed it in detail in chat? I might be posting in the wrong thread

Yes, Sir. I need to start a new thread for the big tank I am now starting. Your impression was absolutely correct. But the big tank would mean 200 litres of water brought from the ocean :) So for this one I will try kick start it with RI/DO mix and then changes with ocean water :)

Well, I am still thinking about it (the big one with ocean water) but I am unsure if my back is same enthusiastic hahaha

the cube is only ocean water, nothing added into it apart from few drops of PO4 to pump it up a bit.

After the first crash, things are getting back on track!

I increased the light to 80% blue, 10% white.
War coral is still fighting back but... I do not see it making it.

But the dust worm has its crown back! I think plating monti bounced back and getting slowly coloring back (despite having some "fun" with algae.

Zoas are growing now like crazy, same GSP and BSP which are spreading like wild fire! I am OK with that, checking how those behave :) I think mushrooms also are starting to spread all over the place. I need to think on new place for leather stool as it seems not be very happy in the morning but getting back later during the day.

I will try to post some pics later with the water readings.

I wonder why my kenya tree has stopped, but blaming the fact it has chosen a spot by duncan.

Clownfish has visible marks from poisoning but really happy and eating like mad. I reduced the food as blenny got a bit fat ;)

Wish my friend, with zero coral experience, who will take care of my corals, while I will be frying my skinny bottom on the Spanish Riviera luck ;)
