Shrimp 5$ used half
Nori 2.99 forgot to use it :(
Fish egg 6.95 used 1/6 30 cube used 5 cubes

The first time I made mine it looked like yours as far as consistency goes.

After getting some advice, I froze everything prior to going in the chopper.

Ended up much better.

It is quite thick as well. I would say about the same size as a cube
