I went to a trade show yesterday and saw a really small schooling fish that looked perfect for my nano tank but for the life of me i cant find what it's called.
it was in a tank with some seahorses and pipefish

Looks like mini dartfish (Aioliops megastigma) to me. If so, they aren't great aquarium subjects. They would need low flow, peaceful tankmates, and 3/4 feedings a day to stay healthy. Cute little fish, though. I could see them working well in a macroalgae tank.

They’re either Dwarf Dartfish or an Eviota/Trimma species. A less blurred photo would definitely help 10x more though.
