I have a 75 Gallon Reef Ready tank i just started setting up with a refugium as well. I am looking to stock the tank with mostly fish and a few anemones. What do i use in my refuguim for the type of set up?

Welcome to R2R! A mix of macro will help with the success of your fuge. I like chaeto, ogo, and sea lettuce :)

You can place rock in the fuge and use macro algae.

will I need a light over it as well ?

Yes, you'll need some sort of light for the algae to grow. You can go with something simple as a clip on light with reflector and a 6500k bulb, or you can go with something with a little more power and made for that application such as the Kessil H160 or H380 or AI Prime Fuge depended on how big your fuge is
