Fish spots id please

So I just noticed these white spots on my fox face. He is acting fine and all other fish are well. Have not added anything new recently except some clean up crew. Is this ic?? I don’t have a quarantine tank available and have coral. How can I treat it without killing the coral??

Looks more like sand grains to me.
