Flake food or pellet

Hey yall deciding what flake food or pellet I should feed my tank. I do feed frozen but I like to mix it up and add some flakes every so often. Is there a brand you recommend? Or flakes over pellets?

I might start off with maybe Formula Two pellet, small
I also have TDO chroma boost and Formula Two large pellet and flake
