Flame angel attacking Scoly question

Have had a flame angel with no problems until now. however i never had scolys or acans either. just added both and the flame angel now is picking at them pretty often. I dont have time to catch him today, is it safe to put the scolys in a 5 gallon bucket with some water for a day or 2? they wont be getting any light.

A day or two at the most should not hurt but I would add a small pump to circulate the water a bit. Make sure its not one that heats up.

i just recently got a nice red brain wellso/trachy and had to do the same.
Luckily the wife had bought me a small desk tank 2.5 gals i never used. I set that up and put the wellso in there. Been a week and that thing is opened up nice and big. Kit came with LED lights as well so its pretty cool for a small tank.
I dont have a pump circulating water but i have an air pump. I've changed the water 2 times with tank water but as i said the wellso opening up very nicely so i guess its fine.
Keep an eye on the temp as well. i put a small thermometer in it just to be sure.
