on my IM 30L I run two MP10's either side (which is my LPS/softie tank) . but having one being a laminar flow would be nice.Just LPs, and softies
I am taking down one of my tanks and it has Nero 3. I am gonna use that. Maybe put it on the back and let it hit the front of the glassI agree I also like flow, my 40 breeder has 2 gyres in it. My 15 gallon softie tank has 2 powerheads, it’s very hard to get good random flow from just one powerhead. Only one powerhead usually end up with a one way linear flow with lots of dead spots.
Just got this same tank and currently have a Nero 3 and looking to add another. How’d you end up?
If you're going the softies and LPS rout - you may consider a pair of 1/2in Random Flow Generator nozzles, paired it with a nice strong return pump. With that setup, you may not even need any additional power heads taking up space.Just LPs, and softies

Ideally for dual 1/2in RFGs, you would want the the MightyJet 538.Do you consider the might jet pump a strong pump?
Yup the innovative marine 40L nuvo pro comes with the MightyJet 538.Ideally for dual 1/2in RFGs, you would want the the MightyJet 538.
The Mutyjet 326 would work, but it wouldn't produce the same level of flow as the larger pump. In that case, if you had the room for two of those pump - the flow through the RFGs would be insane.
I'm looking at your option 3 on your website after I've clicked through all of the options. Do you guys have any videos as far as showing the different options etc.?Ideally for dual 1/2in RFGs, you would want the the MightyJet 538.

Disregard found some on your YouTube page. I'll give that a look and see about ordering something before adding another wave maker.Ideally for dual 1/2in RFGs, you would want the the MightyJet 538.

We do have another unlisted video that we did for another customer, that you may find useful as well
It shows the flow of a single 1/2in RFG in our 15-gallon Nuvo
For the most part, yes - the 19mm Slip-Fit-Drop to 1/2in Loc-line adapter is for use on the Innovative Marine Nuvo series tanks. So the drop down adapter is just slip to fit for innovative marine tanks?
Sorry, I misread your questions - LOLSo the drop down adapter is just slip to fit for innovative marine tanks?
What size gyres? I've been reading that an Orbit 4 would probably be too much for a 40 breeder. Would you agree?I agree I also like flow, my 40 breeder has 2 gyres in it.
